I use to be a regular who had an appt every two weeks for over 6 months. I was a very happy, kind and loyal customer. They all really liked me and i liked them. So when I had a reaction to the glue after six months, i called the studio THREE times, i even left a msg on one of the stylists Instagram accounts (they viewed the message and delete it) no one ever got back to me. No customer deserves that sort of treatment, but a kind, well mannered and a great tipper, certainly doesn't. When my eyelashes grew back i began to use another eyelash stylist and thats when I realized how mediocre this boutique is. Yes their location is clutch, but their eyelash service are NOT and neither is their service when a customer is in crisis. I also discovered that getting my brows done by a different stylist every other week was really misshaping my brows, because every stylist had a different idea of what was good for the shape of my brows. i have another business review with excellent services who have high ethical standards, use excellent quality glue and truly care about clients especially when the unexpected occurs, and it does happen. how a business responds to the unexpected truly reflects the standards and ethics they have regarding their clients and this business doesn't care about clients when customers have a reaction and that is called NEGLIGENCE.
