  • The first year was fine. Last year they tried to sell me on something I didn't need and then did sell me on Direct Energy. I paid for the service which did nothing for me and then I get a $200 bill on my credit card this year. They didn't even provide a service but charged me money and it's been over 2 months without a refund. They sure do give the run-a-round though. Go somewhere else for service. They'll just try and get one over on you.
