| - It wasn't that long ago I was about to quit this gym (after many years) not because of the gym facilities themselves, they are great, and for the most part the staff is great but because of issues with the executive membership. The executive membership provides you with a permanent locker, various other amenities, but the primary value is that they do your gym laundry for you. Working downtown this is an awesome benefit which enables you don't have to bring a gym bag day in and day out. Love it! However, I was getting super frustrated that they were always losing clothing items. A sock here, shirt there, gym shorts the next week. Every week I was forced to bring something new. I had also come to expect my clothes to be completely wrinkled, sometimes still wet, or otherwise totally full of uncomfortable static cling. To further the issues, every time I went to the front desk and asked about my lost items, for the most part I was treated with relative ambivalence. If my item wasn't in the lost and found (and it never was) I felt as if they then assumed the error was on my side. I am very particular about my things and that was never the case. That was upsetting. BUT, for the last few months they put a guy in charge of the laundry and I couldn't be happier. He has completely turned my view of Eos around. Even if an issue does arise (which is rare now) I have a person to directly ask - and his customer service skills are seriously second to none. I wish I knew his name but I am sure they know who is he is. Please keep him around!
