  • I have unfortunately needed to replace a screen on my iPhone and twice on my iPad. Every single visit is a professional experience. They always fix my item same day. They make sure they answer all my questions and are very nice and friendly. Sometimes I have to wait, but that's because they have a line of customers because they are good at what they do and word is getting around about them. I don't mind a little wait for quality service. All the work is top notch. I've never had a problem with any of the replacement screens or devices after their repair. I really don't ever want to have another screen replaced, but if I do, this is the place I'm going to go to get it fixed.
