  • Revised Posting After the original posting and contacting the regional VP, I had a call from the NEW GM of North Scottsdale who was NOT aware of the non-transaction that took place. He was as confused as I as how this business transaction could have taken place. He did sound sincere and did want to get to the heart of this matter. In short, I was convinced this was NOT going to be the way the new GM was going to run this dealership and my wife and I came back and purchased the car. Funny thing was that middle manager between our sales woman and the GM was still a pain in the neck in finishing this transaction ! Everyone has a bad day once in a while.
