Around 2pm at this store, I was requesting help in the home department. A red (dyed) head old Mexican woman was coming my direction from the back, but as soon as she saw me (making eye contact) she tried to avoid me by going a different way. Why do I say this? She was going to go the way she came...she had a big box in hand that she needed to bring up front. I stopped her before she could walk the other route. So she eventually went the way she came from--towards the front.. I requested her help, she said she would come back after she dropped off the box. She never came back. Again, she spots me a mile away and avoids me. She wasn't helping anyone at this time. She was stocking merchandise with another Mexican worker. By that time, fk it. I didn't care for the merchandise I had in hand or the stuff I was looking for. I purposely walked pass her. Again, doesn't "notice" me. My husband asked whether she was going to help us, her excuse was that she was "so busy." She doesn't apologize. I just said forget it, I don't need it. She said something in Spanish to the other lady. Prob talking shhhht more than likely. I reported you to the manager. Your attitude and customer service needs training.
I'll continue going to the one across town.
