  • I have to do a review for Hotai Furniture's customer service. I purchase the king sized bed and mattress not too long ago back in May. the bed actually fall apart last week. I called they ask for an invoice. Of course, it would be hard to locate that invoice because I have already put away back months ago. So I send them email regarding the leg fall out and email photo. The owner called back ask for address, and next day their worker came back and fixed the bed and reinstalled back make more strong and stable. Thank you for doing that
