Pittsburgh really needed a place like this: a bakery/cafe that's open late (especially on weekends). Perfect decor. Small, unusual menu, and for someone who loves dessert but is picky (like me), I was relieved to have one "normal" option - the chocolate cake. Now I'm not a chocolate cake fan, but I loved this cake. The icing was amazing. Even my husband -- who isn't into chocolate -- agreed. I ordered a hot chocolate, which came in a saucer with dark chocolate, along with separate containers of milk and whipped cream. I mixed it up but couldn't get the right level of sweetness. It wasn't warm at all, so I quickly lost interest and drank water instead. The cups were small, so my friend and I finished our waters quickly. Minor quibbles, especially since the place hasn't been open long. This is a great addition to Pittsburgh and we'll be back!
