  • Ordered online and was able to request delivery same day. They call to confirm and are now requiring me to visit a store to show my ID. I drive 30 minutes to the store on my lunch break. They confirm they will deliver it same day between 6-12. No one shows up or calls to inform me the delivery isn't happening today. I tried calling the after hours delivery number and it just leaves me on hold for over five minutes. What a joke. Terrible customer service. No idea when my furniture is being delivered now.
