  • Purchased a Living Social deal and was very disappointment. The deal included four 3-hour cleaning sessions. I redeemed the first session, and in three man-hours they managed to clean my small kitchen, and were 20+ minutes late arriving. The second session was scheduled for 3 hours, from 6-9 p.m. At 7:15 they called and said they were running late, at which point I stated I'd rather reschedule. Today was the reschedule date, and at 10:30 they still hadn't shown up for their session. I called the company and stated I wanted a refund and directed to Living Social, where I bought the voucher. I have yet to hear back from them. Definitely not worth it.
