  • After waiting two hours to get back for an eye exam, (after booking only the second appointment of the entire day) watching walk-in after walk-in get priority treatment, I think we've come to the point where we will be seeking out another optometrist. The only reason I am giving this place three stars is because the optometrist is spectacular, and we're really going to miss her. If this had been the first time this happened I think I could forgive it; but it was the third time it took at least an hour to get back from our appointment time. I just can't fathom waiting another two hours for the receptionists to get their acts together. So, if you're not opposed to waiting in a tiny, cramped office for two hours while other patients who just walked in off the street take priority, be assured you'll be well treated...once you FINALLY get into the exam room. Until then, better bring a very long novel.
