| - So I call my insurance company for roadside assistance, I just needed a jump because my battery shitted on me (LUCKILY) in my apartment complex but not near my apartment, my insurance patched me with these people and I was given an estimated time of 45 minutes. Ok, I really didn't expect it to be 45 since it is a towing company, so they call me and tell me a truck will be with me about 730p, ok no probs... 730 comes and goes I call them and ask where the truck is and am told the truck would be there in about 19 minutes from Chandler, I live in Mesa so I'm like ok, that should've put it at 808p.
I get a call at 755 from a Tuscon number I answer and say hello multiple times with no response, I go back to waiting for this "company" and I'm coming up on 830 (a full hour after they were supposed to be there) and I call them to see where the truck is only to be told that "my insurance said they found someone who could get to you quicker..." I'm like so I've been sitting here with no updates from you on where your truck is and no one thought to tell me that you weren't coming or that they found a company to get to me sooner? "It's their responsibility to tell you.." I hung up and called my insurance who surprisingly didn't know anything about this so called other company coming to me, they tell me that these people told them they called me and I didn't answer.
Excuse the fuck out of me! I answered the only call I received at 755p and nobody said anything and didn't bother call back if they had a shitty connection, to find out where I was located then tried to blame my insurance company for their impeccable (please sense the sarcasm here) customer service. Meanwhile company B, that came after these people failed to complete the simple task of giving me a jump, came on time and completed the service in about 5 minutes. Geez if you didn't want to do it decline that shit instead of having people waiting and giving them the runaround.
