  • Rude, indifferent and obnoxious someone needs to look into the staff. I'm sorry now that I ever transferred from the Henderson PF where one actually feels acknowledged, greet you and are much friendlier. These people need to either be retrained or go find another job. If I could give you half a star I would. So very disappointed.
