| - ****Environment: The place is nicely decorated. I really like the artsy look with comics, paintings, drawings and portraits along side the way. It definitely gives me that modern, urban feel. The seats and tables are well spaced and there is a cool are to play board games, cards, checkers, etc. The bathroom was out of order at the time which is understandable and not their fault.
***Food: Snoh, I would describe is a healthier alternative from eating ice cream. That's how I would put it at least. I feel if one is wanting their sweet tooth craved, but not wanting to guilty calories and sugar, this would be the place for it. It's almost like you're eating air/clouds with flavor. Literally the ice is shaved so thin and fluffy that it feels like nothing is in your mouth. The only thing I feel though was that the flavor was not enough. I'm not really a sweet tooth kind of guy but seriously, I felt there could be a bit or flavor. Even with the toppings I still felt like the Pistachio Snoh Combo cup was lacking flavor. I understand I'm trying to eat healthy but if they were to add a little more flavor to the ice, it would definitely boost my rating up. I felt the only flavor I was enjoying was the toppings.
**Service: I felt like the service was a little on the down side. I didn't feel welcomed by the cashier. It was more a feeling like that person didn't want to be there. I'm not sure if it was just a bad/raining day causing that type of mood, but I just wanted to order my stuff and get out.
Overall, if you really are looking to be healthy and craving sweets without that guilty conscious, you might be able to fulfill it here. However if you sweet tooth is more intense, you definitely will be disappointed and look like a sad panda!
