  • My friends were starting to get wary of my calls. There's nothing worse than the "hey - can you take me...". I've used Taxi Magic with fairly good results but decided to try Uber for my trip to the repair shop. Booking using the app was so easy and I loved that, not only did the app update with the drivers location but with a picture of him and the car type. Moments before he arrived, the app texted me that he was approaching - excellent if I were some place like an apartment or office that would take time to get down to the street. The driver was super professional, nice and the car was clean. I used the UberX so he arrived in a Hyundai Santa Fe. The trip was quick and uneventful. Best of all, I used a promo code and received $20 in credits - and my trip was less than $10. Payment using Google Wallet couldn't be easier. I'm totally a fan!!!!! For my nights out, airport runs and even getting to the repair shop, Uber is my new goto!!!
