  • I normally do not write reviews but please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not know their products well enough to fit the customers needs. They saw big dollars and just agreed with everything instead of consulting with us and giving us more realistic options. When the drapes we ordered did not work they were unprofessional and Donna did not take any accountability. Meghan responded with unprofessional emails (I will send them to you, just ask me). Meghan said she and her dad (the owner) would personally come out and figure out a solution; they never came. When we had to make do with other blinds, I had to call 5 weeks later to ask why they have not been installed yet. Come to find out they had been sitting there for weeks because of other mis-communication. They would probably still be sitting at their store if I hadn't called. When they took down the drapes that did not work, they did not try to repair/patch the holes in the walls at all-they just left them there for us to fix. Horrible experience-AGAIN, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
