  • Very sorry to report this as we have been loyal customers of this place for years. On a Sunday, they were slammed, I get it, but the sales people really didn't need to be so rude about it. There's no system, you have to hope that you can catch someone just as they're finishing with a customer. Salespeople were flying around but there was no acknowledgment, like "sorry, we will be with you as soon as we can." When you ask, "when you're done with your customer, is it possible you can assist me", the answer is a snarl, (like, can't you see that we're busy.) My husband got a pair of shoes from the men's side. When we went to pay for the shoes, I mentioned to the cashier, was hoping to try on some shoes for me, she essentially said, "never come on weekends." Left for lunch and came back. They were less busy, but the sales people on the women's side were still nasty. Customers still waiting around to catch someone's eye. Very disappointed. Owners take note, don't know if it is low morale or what, but your customers are being dissed.
