I had a good experience at Hobby Lobby today that I'd like to share.
I went in the store with a limited knowledge about the items that I wanted to buy. I wanted to buy something crafty that uses yarn. I found a saleslady that was semi-interested in helping me that came over to assist me. When I explained to her that I looking for something that mother could do while she took her chemotherapy she told me to wait just a minute. In a few minutes a manager named Andrea came to the yarn from the front of the store. She explained to me that she crocheted and knitted and wanted to help. She suggested that I get my mom some thick chunky yarn and a large needle. She said it would be easy-to-hold and easy-to-see. She even helped me select a color. I can't explain how I felt as I left the store.
