  • If I could give a 0 rating I would. Worse car buying experience ever. As someone else posted on a review, we thought we had found a great price on a vehicle. When we went to check out the vehicle we were interested in it had 1800 miles instead of the 6 that was indicated on the internet. Very deceptive. We ended up purchasing a vehicle with more miles on it after it was promised they could remove the cigarette smell. It took three times to get this smell out because they didn't do the process they promised the first time and it seems didn't follow the instructions of the outside company who did the process. After sharing my experience with the Sales Manager he hasn't even had the courtesy to respond back. They had the opportunity to turn a negative experience into a positive one by at least responding but it seems once they have your money they don't care. Take your business elsewhere.
