  • Current resident for almost two years, will not renew lease. This is absolutely the worst apartment complex I have lived at and I have lived in a few. The leasing and management here is rude, incompetent and harrashing. Maintenance here goes on forever at all hours of the day, water is constantly being shut off, bugs everywhere, not very pet friendly even though they claim to be. Yes the photos and decor looks nice but for the high rent prices they charge in a terrible neighborhood and worse management possible, it's better to rent at the Siegel Suites around the corner.
