rev:text	A-OK! The only reason I'm not giving them 4 stars is because some of their policies I don't feel are fair. That old saying you get what you pay for is so true! In this case it wasn't bad at all! For starters this place is old...yep OLD...BUT I will say the room I had was "clean". That takes away the fact that the room is severely outdated. Now I'll start with the policies... I flew in on a last minute business trip (job interview) and when I called the reservation line I asked about checking in early...they said should be no problem if they have a room available. So I thought great! I get there about 10am and Bryan at the front desk (not the friendliest person but cool) said there were no rooms...It was super hot and all I wanted was to freshen up before my interview that afternoon. I find out a room is available and go to tell Bryan. He immediately goes "There's a $25 early check in fee" I'm like what?! They didn't tell me that on the phone...by this time I'm in the car calling corporate. I asked them about a $25 early check in fee and they said "NO" we don't have that policy. I go back in and tell Bryan what they said AND I tell him there is no sign posted that states that either...I ask Bryan for the manager. Jake comes out (I'm guessing he is the manager) Jake seems like a really cool guy. I tell him what corporate says and then he says "Ok I'll wave the fee this time" I'm like Okayyyy (Because there is NO policy stating it's a $25 dollar check in fee) Lol! But ok so that fee gets waved...THEN I look up and see a sign that says a $50 deposit will be placed on your card to get a room WHAT??!! Lol! I've rented a lot of rooms and never ever ONCE had a deposit on my card. Jake says all hotels do that ...Uhmm NO they don't lol! Ok so fine...I go ahead get the room. I get my receipt only to find out my bank account is LESS $50 extra dollars but my receipt doesn't show my $50 deposit!!! NOW MOST ALL places that requires a deposit (ENTERPRISE car rental etc...ALWAYS show your deposit on the receipt but not theirs that's a lil fishy if you ask me. Jake says their receipts don't show that...Hmmm...Well As long as my $50 is back on my card there won't be any problems. So bottom line... If you need a cheap room in an emergency/hurry or last minute or just don't want to pay ridiculous rates for a room in Vegas this might be the place for you. If you don't mind some unsavory characters hanging around in the parking lot etc. and Motel 6 is RIGHT next door and they have plenty of unsavory characters too. BE CAREFUL!!! Over all a decent stay for what I needed it for and if I had to I'd stay here again I probably would. Thanks JAKE!!!
