Very disappointing. I'm a Hibachi Chef and let me tell you, this place is extremely nasty. I sat at the bar and witness the whole ramen making process. They use a deep-frier to boil ramen, also deep the whole bowls ( guess to heat up those bowl) IN THE SAME WATER. Ramen was put in several skimmers to boil and they took those skimmer out, letting hot water spilling all over the floor. I was wondering and peeked at the floor, OMG, speechless, ( they all wore rubber boots, just so you know) I immediately abandon the ok ramen in front of me. Please guys, Japanese restaurant as I have worked for in the last 13 years support to be super clean and neat, especially to an open kitchen.
