  • I gave them about a month to resolve my issue privately, but nothing has happened. So, I hate to do it, but I must update my Yelp review... Unfortunately, a lot can happen in 4 years. Since I first started coming here, things have become less than "fabulous." It just depends on who gets your car now. I miss Fadel, who has now left the company. He did an amazing job always, and worked hard and fast. This last time, I was disappointed to learn that he no longer works there. On my visit in September, It took 2.5 hours for an "express detail" and the car still wasn't clean. And it wasn't just the lazy cleaning with the dirt left on the floor and the windshield not even TOUCHED, still hazy and smeared. I was most annoyed at the careless handling. After waiting 2 hours, I decided to check on things to see why it was taking so much longer than normal. Very annoyed to come out to the car and see the HAZARD lights blinking, and the key forward in the ignition with the A/C blasting and NO ONE is working on the car! And this was after having it TWO HOURS. CARELESS!! Also, cleaning supplies, bottles, and rags strewn all over my seats. I checked with the person who was supposed to be working on it and he said, "Um, should be ready in 10 more minutes." Well I gave him THIRTY EXTRA minutes to finish, went back to check, and the person who was working on it was vacuuming other cars while I was waiting on the premises!! Really? Keeping customers waiting because you feel like doing something else? finish what you start, especially when it's a customer paying a ton of $$$ for your detail work. Not good management of personnel there. AND the hazard lights were still on after I asked them to turn them off. Turned them off myself. Shame on me for not just doing it the first time. They really don't seem interested in resolving problems quickly, either. If you do hear from them, you get "passed around" like they are just passing the buck. I sent feedback on the website, heard nothing. Then left a bad facebook review. Then a week later they replied to that, asking me to email them. So I repeated everything again... Then a few days after that, they replied for me to give them my phone number so they can call me at their convenience and chat about it. I think I have told the story enough times. There is no reason for me to be forced to keep chasing them like this. They get 2 stars instead of 1 star, because the Exterior was decent. That's because a machine does that part.
