I am a grey card member for starters. Which shouldn't mean I get treated any differently, but RH makes a big deal out of it, so I will too. I made a purchase online and returned it by mail because they won't let you return it to the store if you buy online (which is ridiculous). My return sat in their warehouse for over AN ENTIRE MONTH WITHOUT A REFUND. I had to contact their customer service with proof of delivery and demand a refund. Their response was that their warehouse has an high volume of returns, as if this was acceptable.
I have not dealt with a single business that has let a return sit in their warehouse for over one month without any acknowledgement of receipt, and has no idea that the return is even there. Restoration hardware will take your money fast, but not return it honestly or easily.
This business is dishonest with returns.
