  • I brought my rings here to get resized, never had a diamond fall out and within 3 months of getting them resized I had 2 fall out and now within 6 months I've had 6 fall out. Brought it back and now they say they can't touch them because they are afraid more will fall out. They had no problem resizing them when they could make money but now not willing to help.
