  • I had received a coupon for a free basic wash and thought I would give Quick Quack a try. I brought my soft top convertible over and presented the coupon and asked if the wash was safe for convertibles which the attendant assured me it was safe. My car went through and the 1st time it came out still covered in suds on the soft top, rear window and side mirrors. I brought it around and explained to the attendant and he was very understanding and had me run my car through again. This time it was better but when my car came out the top was still soaking wet and there were suds on the wheels, mirrors and rear window. I didn't have time to go back through again so I left and went to Jackson's car wash where I normally go. I understand free is free but I wouldn't want to have paid for this service.
