  • Echo & Rig is one of my go-to brunch or long lunch spots. I go there to enjoy myself and the time I get to spend with the person I am with. Brunch is my favorite. Bottomless mimosas for less than $20 (they keep them coming) or bottomless bloody Mary's for like $22. I'm a big fan of their lamb chop, steak and fries, their fried eggplant fries, all of it. I have yet to have something I dislike. And their desserts. Omg. The turtle dessert with the caramel and the crunchy pieces of heaven! My absolute, must have item on their menu. Overall, highly coming here on a nice day for brunch and sit on the balcony if the weather permits. AND PLEASE go to the bathroom and use the hand salts they have (OMG I NEED THEM) when washing your hands. The main highlight besides the dessert. A little pricey but so worth the dining experience!
