rev:text	We've stayed at the Wynn for my wife's 30th and it has been a near perfect experience this weekend! My friends and I picked the Wing Lei for her Bday dinner and were disappointed with the experience. Food - the food was below mediocre for the most part like Kung Pao Chicken and Hunan Chicken. The 3 Cup Sea Bass was excellent though. Portions are regular but the presentation was not what you'd expect from a Michelin star restaurant. Decor - the decor of the restaurant lives up to the Wynn standards but if you're looking for a great experience, maybe you're better off picking up another restaurant in Wynn. Service - Surprisingly the service was a huge let down. We were in at 7:10 and got our appetizers by 7:40. The food however didn't arrive till 8:20 and the order was given as the same time as appetizers so that was very poor service. The only explanation given was that there was a large party before us and hence the delay! We had to leave for a show so we literally had to stuff ourselves and box the rest. Usually when there is a delay like this the chef sends something in the meantime with his compliments, but nothing of that sort even happened. This really ruined the 30th Bday celebrations and left is highly disappointed. I told our server this after we paid and he hardly seemed to care. Overall, it took me 2 days to find something I didn't like about Wynn. Sadly it had to be during a special occasion like my wife's 30th birthday! My two stars are for the decor and mediocre food.
