  • Palm Court Appartments is the place for you if you enjoy seeing dog poop everywhere and they never have poop bags. The work on our apartment was cheap and very poor! Also if you like waking up to see your cars have been keyed or broken into it's a great place then! They will tell you that all you can do is call your insurance because "it's private property so they aren't responsible!" My move out date was Christmas Eve, we were out the end of the day Christan Eve. The rude lady at the desk said "The office was open til 3pm" but I worked until 5. So since I couldn't make it to turn the keys in until the 26th when the office reopened after the Holiday they got the keys and charged us for the 25th and 26th. We paid the whole month of December and they said they would refund 7days or it but only refunded 5 days. They said they would give us our deposit back but never did either. Now they are saying we owe them more money! I DONT RECOMMNED LIVING HERE! I DONT EVEN WANT TO RATE THIS ONE STAR!
