  • I'm only giving this location 1 star because I HAVE to. I would rather give this location ZERO stars!! Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service! I have never, in my life, dealt with a "manager" that is so disrespectful, and unprofessional. I had a rental car through this location back in August, it's now November. I was doing some numbers in my bank account a few days ago, and I had a $280 charge from enterprise. When I had my rental from them, it was under my car's warranty to be paid by them. So I called enterprise's 1-800 number & the lady was very kind & told me she didn't see any charges and that I should try calling my warranty company to see what happened on their end. So I called my warranty company and they said they had to deny the payment on the claim because the Craig location of enterprise submitted the claim with the wrong last name. So then I called the Craig location to see if they could resubmit the claim with the correct last name. The "manager" then tells me... She tried contacting me. There is nothing she can do for me. She won't do business with carmax's extended warranty company because "they don't pay her". She said that it's the warranty companies problem, not hers. All white being very, VERY rude. Doesn't help that I can hear another employee in the background making rude remarks about me. I'll never use this location or ANY enterprise location ever again. And I have lots of friends, that I'll make sure don't use enterprise either. Thanks for the crappy service, assholes.
