  • The rate is for their Tonkotsu Shiyo Ramen. I've tasted a bunch already (Vegas, Miami, SF, etc.), and this is by far the worst tonkotsu ramen I've ever had. I was confused why the broth was sweet when in fact any type of ramen broth should not be sweet. Will definitely not order ramen from this place anymore. I'm scared to try the other ones, i think it's not worth it. Just stick to your burgers.
