  • Such a madhouse, OK food but just avoid unless you have a lot of patience and like bad service. Parking is so bad at this complex so you need to luck. They said 30 minute wait but when we checked the list less than 15 minutes later we were crossed off. We were standing right there outside but they didn't call our name? Because people are worried they'll lose their spot, the waiting line inside was so packed. I had several hovering right behind me while I ate! I couldn't believe it! Don't let them seat you by the door. They have so many easy ways to increase the waiting area, move the huge fish tank (with no fish in it anyway) and move the other huge table not being used at all, so big that it could hold another fish tank, and they'd instantly have twice as much space. Instead tiny waiting area leaving random people standing 10 inches behind my chair as I ate. Service is unreal bad. I've been here 5 times and they never ask if you want drinks. Shows the owner doesn't care or doesn't like making money. The just drop off water and food and run away. There is just endless room to improve service but they want you in and out. Food is good but not great on some dishes. Pho seems kinda bland and not very impressive. Pork chops looked good but were very thin and small with lots of fat; chops came with way too much rice in portion to meat, took two huge bites of rice per tiny bite of chop. Another huge turn off and maybe scam that other reviews mention and that I noticed on my last visit is that when you pay with a card first get asked 'how much do you wanna tip' and they stand there while you and your group then decide while he's hovering over you. So rude! What's worse is that bring back the receipt to sign and you can leave tip again if not paying attention. The group should not feel pressured during payment. The only time the waiter should come and leave quick they don't but rush away every other time lol. After coming here many times over the last 5+ years I can promise this place will not change or try to improve. Could easily read these reviews and make changes but I'll get out goes unseen. I'll be back and hope to update. I live close and like many of the food dishes and give them 4 star, but overall 2 stars is fair. Hope this helps. Enjoy!
