  • I actually didn't get chance to review the doctor since I couldn't get appointment but this review is for the appointment and the front desk staff. I had called in to make an appointment on Saturday morning on 7th January, 2016. The only spot they had available was 7:40am. When I drove there this early morning on Saturday, I was informed that they had put me down on 21st and not 7th. I repeatedly told them that they have made a mistake and I have confirmed appointment for 7th but the lady at the front desk kept denying, saying we didn't book for 7th. There were no apologies or anything. I feel it's rude to ask someone drive early morning on Saturday and then overbook or make a mistake on appointment. I am not giving them anymore business.
