So it really pains me to do this; especially because I am making this drastic change primarily based on my most recent isolated experience, but the service has gone pretty down hill... all the way down to an employee turning to her coworker and mumbling inappropriate comments under her breath.
I have been coming here pretty regularly for several months. When you walk through the door, you'll be greeted, but that's about the end of the pleasantries.
On more than one occasion I have received an apathetic, disinterested reply when asking about what a particular donut is/if a donut is available. Not great, but also not enough to motivate me to update a review.
Until the other day, my birthday no less. I went with a friend who had never been so she was taking her time selecting and the woman helping us had the audacity to turn to her male coworker and say "these people are driving me crazy".. are you serious?!? Now I realize slinging donuts is a tough line of work, but how about you keep your rude, inappropriate comments to yourself until you don't have a lobby full of guests!! You can talk trash about your customers after they leave!
This place has lost my business for the foreseeable future. I'll leave the second star because the donuts are still top notch, but not irreplaceable. There are just too many options for high end donuts to be burdening or inconveniencing the employees at this location with taking too long to make a selection.
