  • What a great experience. As I have purchased many cars over the years, my son and I truly appreciated the awesome buying experience here at AutoNation Chevrolet in Gilbert. I requested quotes for a new Truck from the Chevrolet.com website. Charlie, the E-Commerce Sales Manager emailed me a quote and then personally called me to discuss the pricing. Within one day, Charlie was able to locate the Truck my son wanted and was able without haggliing to package the deal over the phone. When we arrived the next day, the Truck was there and had all the options we wanted. No switch and bait. They looked at our trade, gave us a fair price, the financing was right where we wanted and so we agreed and made the deal. The New Truck was preped and washed, full tank of gas and papers were signed in 2 hours from the time we arrived. As we were inspecting the new truck, the GM came out, thanked us for purchasing a new vehicle from his dealership and then gave us his business card. This is exactly the way to sell new vehicles. Hassle free and fast. Our family looks forward to purchasing many more vehicle from Charlie and AutoNation Chevrolet in Gilbert. Thank you Charlie for making purchasing a new vehicle "Fun Again."
