| - DO NOT STAY HERE. Or you will be treated like a CRIMINAL!!! There is a crazy manager I believe named KAI, who literally CALLED THE COPS on my pregnant self and my fiancé and had us cited for trespassing because they forgot to mark us down for a late checkout!!!! We asked for late check out, the receptionist said call in the morning see. My fiancé called, I sat right next to him as he spoke to the front desk receptionist that morning, and was told we could check out at 1pm..... I get woken by the house cleaning lady who came in the room at 1150 am and I told her they said we could check out at 1pm... She apologized and closed the door. Next thing I know I get a CRAZY manager calling the room. I answer and she says "you need to leave NOW or I am calling the COPS," so nasty, so rude. My mouth hit the floor!!! I was like "we called and they said we could check out at 1pm", she said "no one marked it in the computer, and I already gave out all the late checkouts, and the maid needs to clean that room, you need to leave now or I am calling the COPS!" Again, so rude and such a bitchy attitude. I was like oook? After I get off the phone, I fight my pregnancy morning sickness to gather my belongings, and wake my fiancé, (WHO's birthday it was by the way, why we were in town) and before I can quickly splash water on my face or even quickly brush my teeth, at ten minutes past noon (the normal check out time) THERE ARE COPS KNOCKING AT THE ROOM DOOR!!!! Telling us to leave!! My fiancé tells the COPS he had the time on my phone when he called and had late check out approved. Of course, there was nothing the cops could do. All I could say was "This is crazy!" We were ESCORTED OUT BY THE COPS!!! And forced to sign trespassing papers!!! I PAID FOR THIS ROOM, GOT A LATE CHECK OUT APPROVED, AND THEN WAS SITED FOR TRESPASSING!!! before I was supposed to have even checked out!!!! If you want to be woken by a CRAZY MANAGER and threatened on your vacation, family trip, family vacation, while out of town celebrating your birthday, stay here. You too can be treated LIKE A CRIMINAL!! By the way just so ppl know, me and my fiancé are kind Christian, respectable ppl who work in health care. I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life, and I would rather cut off my hand then treat someone the way we were treated. We apologized to the Scottsdale police for having to come out and have their time wasted by the manager. Out of curiosity I asked the cops if the manager had called the cops on ppl before, THEY SAID YES!!! If anything, have respect for police who put their life on the line every day! I work in an emergency department, and I know better than most how tough their job is.... How dare this lady call them for something so dumb! She should have called the night receptionist to find out WE DID have a late check out approved, and that it was their mistake before calling the police on us, I am appalled! This experience put a huge damper on my fiancé's birthday, it is sickening.
