  • Tiffany & Co has been the world's premier jeweler since 1837, and their craftsmanship stands the test of the time...a very long time. My mother gifted me a couple of Tiffany pieces when I was younger and it's now time for me to do my part to celebrate the progress and life journey of my youngest angel. So on a warm spring day when the sun shone bright, with a light as radiant as the light of both my mother and youngest, and we fittingly made our way to Tiffany & Co, located upstairs in the Shops at Crystal, to honor her. Ms. Ralitza graciously helped us--showing and assisting us with trying on different pieces. My angel picked out one bracelet and one necklace. There are many places you can go to buy jewelry, but in addition to the aforementioned craftsmanship, Tiffany & Co is all about customer service. Ralitza was kind, considerate, and very professional. She didn't try to push the sale, but instead, attentively tried to meet our needs. Once our selections were made, Ralitza boxed our jewelry and thoughtfully marked under the box to identify what's inside. She also detailed how to care for our items...even inviting us to come back and see her if we have any additional needs with our jewelry selections. I was very satisfied with our experience at Tiffany & Co. Each member of the staff we encountered provided sophisticated service for my angel to remember for a long time to come...and the impression was strong enough that we will certainly come back whenever an occasion arises. - 2017 Review #43 -
