  • I finally found the closest thing to a Maryland crab cake in Charlotte!! I was very impressed with the quality of their seafood offerings, and look forward to returning to try other items. I purchased 4 fresh crab cakes (6oz each), and could not wait to get them home. I followed their instructions to first sear the cakes, then bake them for 8-10 minutes and I think they came out wonderful. I look forward to going back soon.
