I drove in this morning nice and early when the shop opened up, to get my tires looked at. I already had the suspension looked at because I was worried about the wobble in my front end. They notice a bulge in the top of my tire and said that I had to have my tire replaced and that nothing appeared wrong with my suspension!
When the person looked at my warranty paper work behind the counter at Big O, they stated that my tires were still under a year and a half warranty. The guy then came outside and took a look at one tire and said "they will not warranty these tires because the suspension is bad". I said how do you know the suspension is bad, you haven't even been under my truck. He said "the tires are cupped"! I said well they should still be under warranty for coming apart right? He said "no they won't warranty tires that are damaged because of suspension"!
He was being quite rude and adamant about that they would not cover the warranty, even though I purchased a warranty. I told him that I had the suspension looked at and they said it wasn't bad. He then proceeded to tell me that "they won't warranty these tires because of the weight of your vehicle"! I said but these tires were purchased for the weight of my vehicle! "Well we can't warranty them and there's nothing I can do. Also the Big O you bought them from is out of business"! What is the relevance of the store being closed, you are a corporation? "They might have been able to help you"!
I guess there is a reason they're out of business and I guess your next! This is the second time I was treated rudely at this Big O on South Rainbow and two of my neighbors were also treated badly at this location. I highly suggest you do not go to Big O, they apparently do not care about facts or customer service.
