  • Questioned them about receiving my refundable security deposit after my lease ran out. Unfortunately, I had to come after the new company that took over the property at Luxe Scottsdale. This was because Allison-Shelton got ran out of the property from all the resident hate and decided to cut their loses, I imagine. Apparently, part of their management practice is to charge residents for the clean and carpet clean regardless of the state of the apartment, even though the lease indicates you will only be charged for anything beyond "normal wear and tear". I live alone, am hardly there, have no pets, and am a clean freak. Still, I cleaned the absolute shit out of that apartment before I left...scrubbed floors, sudsed the toilet, sinks, and shower. Sweeped, vacuumed, wiped down all the appliances with surface cleaner, didn't matter. Allison-Shelton would rather wipe their ass with leases and just do whatever they want.
