  • ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE!!! I made the mistake of so many other people and bought the groupon for 4 hours of cleaning. First, when I made the appointment no one answered for multiple days. Then when they finally did answer a woman just asked me to text her my address and leave the key for her...very unprofessional and it made me uncomfortable just texting my address to a random person. Then, SHE NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP!! I called and called and never got an answer. Luckily, I called Groupon right away and they refunded me for the full amount I had paid. I looked at the other reviews here and on google and it looks like everyone else has had bad experiences. I wouldn't be surprised if the positive reviews are fake by the employees of the company (if you can even call it that). DON'T BUY THE GROUPON DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!!!
