  • I was taking a domestic flight with frontier. I currently need wheelchair assistance to get through the airport, which the nice lady at the frontier check in desk called for me. She had to call twice. Finally, someone showed up and as we were getting our bags checked through security the wheelchair assistant proceeded to yell at me saying I should have been on time. We were now late (thanks to having to wait for my wheelchair for so long) he proceeded to curse and say things under his breath behind my head as he pushed me. Thankfully we were finally at my gate but I think I'd rather suffer a post-surgery walk through the airport than deal with that kind of unpleasant service again. So much for their sign: the friendliest airport....
