I used EcoGen Pest Control for a few years on a couple different houses. It just depends on the tech you get on the quality of service you receive. Kevin Harris was the best. I had experiences where the techs were nice but wasn't as detailed as Kevin or just wanted to talk which seemed creepy. Especially when you have to call to have the treatment repeated over and over because you still see bugs...I only stayed as long as I did because of the great service of Kevin...but Kevin is no longer with this company; so therefore neither am I....but I do understand life happens and I wish Kevin the best.
EcoGen Pest Control was fully aware that I only wanted Kevin to service my house should have gave me a heads up but they did not and that is the true reason on why I am no longer giving this company my business. I was rudely awakened when I saw another name that had serviced my house. I emailed to inquire what was going on and the email I received back from Michelle was very short and cold. I knew then that this company did not value me.
So I posted the above yelp... the owner, Phil, did contact me and based on our emails I agreed to remove my yelp review and on the behalf that I would be satisfied with the new technician and the next service would be free. PROBLEM IS: I did not receive my next bimonthly service! So I emailed and was told that the account was closed. Just avoid this company. Waste of time and the owner can not even keep his word.
Correction Phil: no attempts were made till the yelp review went up the first time. Then he did contact me though email to ask me to remove the yelp review in attempt to make things right and I did...But problem is...(the errors that you speak of) are you not remembering or reading the emails you sent me and not caring enough to communicate with your staff the agreement that you made to me? I was even told you would refund my last payment...but then I started receiving notice that my payment was 30 days late, lol. So after the yelp review was taking down and not hearing anything for 2 months I reached out and ask what is going on? I was told the account was closed! So I just paid the last payment just to be done with this hot mess of a company...And I emailed back, that is fine keep the account closed and my yelp review is going back up. Then Phil's crazy cycle started all over again...btw never got a refund...and I had to block his company from calling me and spam Phil's hassling guilt trip demanding emails. AND yes this is a picture of a tech in MAY that should not be on my property and banging on my door with a free service, haha! This is now considered harassment. And I will gladly send anyone the emails and the phone log that is interested in seeing how EcoGEn company really does business.
