rev:text	i got a groupon for this place and many of my friends love this place so i thought i'd love it too since it's my first time getting lashes. my groupon told me i'd get it with bianca white and that it was only valid with her. (i believe she's the owner) so i checked her instagram and i loved her work! i go in and i don't get bianca white ... or her other worker. once i got there it didn't feel very welcoming. i got natural lashes which took over 2 hours long with someone i felt like that was a trainee! my eyes were constantly getting poked and i felt like i had my eyes open forever. she's wasn't very gentle and kept breathing hard like she was frustrated but i didn't know any better because again it was my first time. after i was done my eyes were very sore. i thought it was normal. later on the day my eyes are blood shot red. i thought i was allergic or something. today is day of my prom and half of eyes are blood shot red still and my under eye is so very sore so i realized i wasn't allergic. many of my friends gotten lashes before and this has never happened to them. i don't think she was very gentle. i called twice (they didn't answer the phone the first time) and asked if it was normal and the women who answered simply said "we can take them out of free if you'd like." like seriously?? i told you it wasn't the eyelash it was my under eye?? she didn't even tell me why i had the reaction i had. overall the experience here was horrible and i wouldn't come back here again nor will i recommend it to anyone. i'm so disappointed and i wish i could get a refund and my time back!
