  • After checking 3 other places, I stopped by to see if the professionals at Goodyear could help figure out a way to help put together a church mission project for El Salvador. Robert not only told what valve stems could be used but actually put it together for us right then and there at no charge. He actually did 2 of them. I was amazed that the store manager made it a priority to solve the problem, fix it and do it right away. That is going the extra mile. Thanks, manager Robert Keep up the great work.
