  • Walked in, seemed very inviting. Got in and the location was worn down and the go karting was not as advertised. It was indoors and a max speed of 25kmph. Unsafe environment with the instructor skipping through safety instructions. The waiver for the kids was poorly written and the staff was not cooperative. The manager came out and was first off very rude, and second didn't know how to talk to customers. The manager said, and I quote, "Are you gonna tell me how to run my business? Don't tell me what my rules are." One of the worst managers I have ever encountered. Learn to treat customers right, because that's how a business is run. No customers, no business. Never returning to this go kart place. Even if others are not better I'll Make sure to go there. Extremely very disappointed.
