  • Started having a hot water problem. I knew the hot water tank was OK, so with my expert amateur plumbing deduction, it seemed like we may have a bad recirculation pump. Called our home warranty company and they dispatched Smith Plumbing. I couldn't believe they were going to send a company from Gilbert up past Carefree Highway, but they did. When I checked Yelp, I got a little nervous. The plumber, Kevin, called on his way and couldn't have been nicer. When he arrived, he took the time to explain all the possibilities. He was incredibly thorough, and at one point, he thought we could have a cartridge problem on the mix valves. Kevin took the time to troubleshoot everything. In the end, it was the recirculation pump. He replaced it and the hot water started running perfectly. Kevin was great - the service was great - and they got us up and running quickly. Very happy with this company on this call.
