  • Nice decor and pretty cupcakes but the taste is lacking. I tried the red velvet cupcake and the peanut butter on chocolate cupcake. Kudos for using cream cheese-flavored frosting on the red velvet and the peanut butter-flavored frosting certainly packed a lot of peanut-buttery taste. However, the cakes really tasted like boxed cake-mix and had a strange chewiness that made me think that they'd over-mixed the batter. I was expecting cake that was more tender and crumbly...The frosting was also overly over sugary.
