  • Crazy and erratic! If you want to waste a few days of your life, call this guy! Called for help with our washing machine. He calls the next morning to ask for the model number and to let us know that he'll be at our condo around 3pm. Comes in, freaks out about $10 parking (we live downtown and of course would pay for his parking) and about a "15 minute wait" for the elevator to get to the apartment and then sees the washer/dryer are stacked and not side-by-side and blows a gasket at us for not telling him prior! He never asked us, and the model number, had he looked it up when I gave it to him, would have indicated it was stacked. He asked us to pull the dryer off of the washer and then give him a call, and he would come back after his next service appt later that same day. We do it, we call him, we text him, no response. Now we have a dryer sitting in our foyer and have to find someone else to do the work. Killed an entire day. If you choose to use this guy, check out reviews for practitioners who can reverse your lobotomy first!
