  • Contacted this company in February and informed them I was no longer working due to being laid off. Representative just keep explain the 12 month contract to me with no regard of my financial hardship. Just started work in April for a temp agencies and before I could pay bills or put gas in my car, thwy had taken over 60 dollars out off my account. I have been hit with over draft fees and can not catch up on the billing for a membership that I am unable to use due to my situation. They have poor customer service and refuse to assist in anyway. They continue to charge you and advised you of the contract. They will not close they account and insist you come in person to take care of past due and cancelation charges. They need a financial hardship clause in there half ass contracts. Other companies will stop trying to charge after 3 monthes and just send you a bill for past due balance and cancelation fees...not this corparation, they enjoy placing people further in debt and do not care. NEVER USING ANY PLANET FITNESS EVERY AGAIN.
